Modules 1 -6
Module 1
During module 1 we learned the expectations or Moreland University. In addition, we participated in of first discussion board and learned how we would interact with our cohort.
Module 2
In Module 2 we gained knowledge on teachers of the future and working with students with diverse backgrounds and needs. In this module I was able to reflect on my personal teaching practices and work toward finding solutions to assist all learners.
Module 3
While in module 3 we learned how to understand students. We also focused on a variety of concepts and strategies to teach the students of today.
Module 4
In module 4 we learned how to manage our learning environment. The section included how to be sensitive to the needs of students and how to have overall awareness off what goes on with learners in and out of the classroom.
Module 5
In module 5 we learned about assessments and differentiation.
Module 6
During module 6 we learned how to take standards, create units from the standards, and create lesson that led to the assessments created. This unit also included an element of deafferentation while preparing all aspects of the process.
